Our anger management services support individuals to understand the triggers and patterns behind their anger and develop healthier ways to respond. Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), emotional regulation strategies, relaxation techniques, and practical skills training. We work with both self-referred and court-mandated clients to build long-term coping strategies and improve wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning.
