Our general counselling services support individuals to navigate life’s challenges, improve emotional wellbeing and build practical coping skills. Depending on your needs, our clinicians draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies and strengths-based, person-centred approaches. We also support clients recovering from trauma by helping them build safety, emotional regulation and resilience at a pace that feels manageable. Counselling can assist with stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, grief, trauma and life transitions.
